HOW TO USE: Every morning, apply our Vitamin Boost Moisturizer after cleansing your face. Apply it liberally in an even layer to the face and neck. At night, apply our Advanced Retinol Complex to the face and neck, avoiding eye areas. After it dries, apply our Vitamin Boost Moisturizer. If you're new to retinol creams, start by using it just once or twice a week. Then slowly increase usage to every other night. Once tolerated, use nightly. If irritation occurs, reduce frequency to allow skin to adjust. So overall, we sugest using our moistruizer twice a day (AM and PM) and our retinol cream just once (PM only)..
