Shipping Policy and Costs

We currently ship to over 100 countries (including APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and US Territories).  Here's how the shipping fee is calculated... 

US and Canada:  Shipping is free for all orders over $35.  That's right, FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35!  No promotion code needed.  Any order that falls under $35 will be billed a flat $4.00 shipping charge regardless of destination.

All Others:  Shipping is FREE as long as the order is over $100.  Any order that falls under $100 will be billed a flat $15.95 shipping charge regardless of destination.  Please note, many governments may charge additional duties and import taxes on our packages that we have no control over.  Please check with your postal delivery service for additional information.

Estimated Shipping Time

Orders received by 1PM EST are generally shipped that same day.  All others are shipped the next business day.

Most orders to US addresses are generally delivered within 3-5 business days.  Canadian orders are usually delivered within 10-14 business days.  All others take anywhere from 10-21 business days depending on local delivery network.

At this time, we do not offer overnight shipping.

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason, you may return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping costs).

If you do need to return something, there’s no need to contact us.  All you need to do is send us back the product and your packing slip (or name and order #) to the address below.    It’s as easy as that!

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you'll receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process the request.
